Class Description

Silver Sneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated and standing support.

Silver Sneaker Yoga- Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. These poses are designed to increase flexibility, range of movement, and balance.

Body Sculpt- A 1 hr muscle toning class using bands, glides, weights and more!  

Cardio Sculpt- Dynamic moves that work multiple muscle groups at once & keep the heart rate up!

Matt Pilates- A matt based core class incorporating stretching and relaxation.

Yoga- A total body strength and stretch ending with a peaceful relaxation

Step Interval- Intervals of step aerobics and muscle conditioning increasing your overall strength and endurance

Vicious Cycle- Appropriate for all skill level, this indoor cycling class is as intense as you can make it!

Zumba- Come join the party! Get your heart rate up and burn calories learning hip hop, salsa, merengue dance moves!

HITT-High intensity interval training using cardiovascular and resistance exercises that build endurance, burn fat, and increase muscle strength.

Step & CoreGet your heart rate up in this 45min step class, followed by 15 min of core abdominal work! 

Total Body Circuit- A circuit training class incorporating total body sculpting mixed with cardiovascular exercises.

Hip Hop- Get your grove on in this cardiovascular workout incorporating hip hop dance moves to music!
