Youth Sports

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they will carry with them throughout their lives.  And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes with learning a new skill or building positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.  Our programs place priority on family involvement, healthy competition, character building, teamwork and value of participation over winning.

Various sports are offered at different times of the year. In addition to youth leagues, we also offer adult leagues, sports clinics and other types of sports offered on a branch-by-branch basis.
