YMCA of Madison County offers a wide variety of group exercise classes. We strive to accommodate all levels of fitness and we offer options for all ages, workouts preferences, and fitness levels. If you are new to class, please let your instructor know. Modifications may be recommended. You are encouraged to work out at your own pace. Have fun!
